Ongoing work at TerraSante is supported by participation in many forms. We have opportunities for people interested in earthbag building, permaculture, solar power, electric vehicles, natural healing, and more... We're seeking more folks to join with us in the capacity of volunteering, interning, or core membership, and we're interested in visionary partnerships with like-minded people and organizations.

Resident gardener position available

- Terrasante Village needs an experienced gardener to help
manage year-round intensive organic garden of about 1/4 acre.
Will trade use of yurt or earthdome and basic food (rice & beans,
fresh produce). Duties include organizing & supervision of volunteers,
irrigation, planning for planting, harvesting, composting & soilbuilding.
This person will be friendly, communicative, capable, energetic,
and in love with plants & gardening.

Solar panels & collectors

- Photovoltaic solar panels, any size or condition
- Parabolic satellite dishes
- Mirrors, glass, mylar film, sheet aluminum
- Copper pipes & tubing
- Old solar lawn lights, any condition

Building materials

- Rebar, EMT conduit, fencing & chicken wire
- Greenhouse plastic, canvas, cotton, hemp, polyester

Tools for the workshop

- Hand tools, power tools, machine tools
- Welding equipment (arc & oxy-acetylene)
- Numerically-controlled machine tools

Computer equipment

- Small computer projector & screen for community library
- Old digital camera (2 megapixel) for website photos
- Old laptop computers, any age or condition
for off-grid use, solar trackers, motor controllers, etc, etc
(if possible with original power supply, batteries, cables, disks)
- Old wifi access points & antennas, ethernet cables & routers
- LCD flatscreen monitors, keyboards, mice
